What are the requirements to rent a car?
To rent a vehicle from us, you must be at least 25 years of age and be listed as an authorised driver on the rental agreement.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, your rental fee includes comprehensive insurance coverage for the vehicle, which also covers third-party liability.
Are there any items not covered by the insurance?
Yes, the customer is fully responsible for all repair or replacement costs for windscreens , tyres , and the stereo and its accessories. Damage from negligence or breach of the rental agreement is also not covered.
What types of vehicles do you offer?
We offer a range of vehicles to suit your needs, including easy-to-drive compact cars , comfortable luxury SUVs , and spacious 7-seater vans for group excursions.
Is a security bond required for the rental?
Yes, a $500 cash bond is required for all vehicles. This bond is refundable upon the return of the vehicle in the same condition it was received. We also accept payment by credit card or traveller’s cheque.
What is the insurance excess if there is an accident?
The customer is liable for an excess fee of up to $5,000 per incident. Any costs above this amount will be covered by the vehicle’s insurance, subject to the policy’s exclusions.
Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?
